Seat management ENTERPRISE
The seat dashboard at getdeepstate.app/manage is where the administrator sees the state of every seat and revokes the ones that should no longer work. Sign in with the master key.
What you see

Revoked seats disappear from the list; the total shown is your paid seat count.
Revoking
Click Revoke on a seat. Immediately:
- The seat key stops validating. The holder's app fails its next daily check and, after the three-day offline grace, asks for a license.
- A replacement seat key is generated and shown to you in a toast with a Copy button. This is the only time you will see it in full - copy it now. The replacement starts as available.
Your seat count is unchanged: revoke-and-replace is how you reassign a seat from one person to another.
Common tasks
Onboarding. Give the new person an available seat key from the purchase email (or a replacement you created). They enter it plus their email in the app. The dashboard shows them as active after their first launch.
Offboarding. Revoke their seat. Give the replacement key to their successor, or keep it for the next hire. Also ask the leaver to be removed from any shared boards
- rotate those boards' invite codes, since licensing and board access are separate.
Moving to a new computer. The holder deactivates in Settings → License → Transfer License / Deactivate on the old machine, then activates on the new one with the same seat key. No admin action needed. If the old machine is gone, revoke the seat and give them the replacement.
Lost seat key. Revoke the seat and issue the replacement.
More seats. Contact support@getdeepstate.app with your master key; seats are added to your subscription and new keys sent to you.
Limits and notes
- One seat activates one machine at a time.
- The master key can list and revoke seats and view usage; it cannot see what anyone is working on, and it cannot itself be used to run the app.
- The dashboard works with the master key only; there is no login or password. Anyone with the key is an administrator.
- Seat keys never expire individually; they expire with the subscription.
